If you look at the 2nd as "dust" that could work. But Hoarding Rye isn't ringing any bells and the first part would be a real stretch with "in".

Maybe it was supposed to be "MCP".

There are a few other glitches on the RDP connection. Like the system clock apparently being a month slow. (Well, that or we're accessing it through time).
